Priory Automotive LTD Terms and conditions of trading in the supply of new and used vehicles.

1. Ordering - Priory Automotive LTD (Seller) will act on behalf of the
purchaser as an agent to arrange the purchase of a new or used motor vehicle from a main dealer or supplier within the UK.

2. The contract of sale is between the purchaser and the seller.

3. The purchase is subject to the following>

A deposit is paid by the purchaser of a minimum of £500 which is
held on account until the vehicle has been delivered. The delivery time quoted is approximate and subject to the availability of the
vehicle from the manufacturer.

Any change to specification once the car is ordered will be at the
discretion of the seller and its supplier and/or manufacturer. There is no guarantee this will be accommodated.

In the event of the manufacturer or supplier suspending the supply of a vehicle, an alternative will be offered, however if this is not
suitable the seller does not take responsibility for any change or extra costs incurred due to this.

PRICES

All prices quoted are in pounds sterling £.

The prices include the following.

The sellers costs in terms of vehicle costs.

Delivery costs to the purchaser within a fifty mile radius of its head office.

VAT calculated at 17.5%

Road fund licence and first registration fee.

PAYMENTS

DEPOSIT. £500 minimum.

The deposit is none refundable once the order has been placed and accepted by the manufacturer or supplier, however, in extreme cases every effort will be made to recover deposits paid.

PAYMENTS BY THE PURCHASER

The vehicle must be paid for in full with cleared funds on delivery of the said vehicle.

This can be by Bank Draft, Building society cheque or cash.

Credit card payment is also accepted but is subject to a 2.5% administration fee.

Any personal or company cheques must be cleared through the Sellers bank account before delivery of the new vehicle can be effected.

Bank transfers must be completed 24 hours before vehicle delivery.

WEBSITE

The Seller will make every endeavour to ensure the accuracy of information on its website. All information displayed in relation to vehicle specification is that provided by the manufacturer of the vehicle therefore the Seller will not accept responsibility for any errors which have occurred in this manner.

The seller will NOT gather any information from the purchaser other than that which is necessary to conclude the business transaction.

The savings shown against each vehicle which appears on the website is that which is the difference between the sellers advertised price and the Manufacturers Retail on the road price at the time of the price being printed.

Your use and the browsing of the Web site is at your own risk. Neither the seller nor any 3rd party who is involved in the creating and delivering of the web site is liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising from access to, or use of this web site.

GENERAL

The terms by which you enter the web site do not affect your consumer rights that you have under the provisions of any applicable law or regulation.

The terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and subject to the none exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts Priory Automotive Ltd makes no representation that any information, materials or functions included are appropriate for use in any other jurisdiction.

Any refund after the purchaser has taken delivery of the vehicle is at the discretion of the seller.
